This is a Renaissance pocket, also known as a handmade saccoccia pouch for your renfaire costume! These convenient handmade pocket pouches are roomy and tie onto your belt.
The solid color pockets are made of linen and lined in linen too. The tapestry/brocade colors are lined with linen and have grosgrain ribbon ties. They are definitely convenient for Lords as well as Ladies and are great for gifting.
Both styles feature 4 sturdy braided or ribbon ties to attach to your belt and keep it laying flat without twisting. And, all the ties have brass aiglet tips. So fancy, and I think they look better than the usual bulky leather belt pouch.

In case of accident or spills, they are washable on gentle. Lay them flat to dry in warm place. you can touch up the linen pocket with a hot iron if needed to remove wrinkles.
