Back by request, behold the seaworthy Pirate Breeches! These are made for She-Devils of The Sea AND for Swashbuckling Swabbies too. As in, for women and men. 🙂
Currently available in 2 colors, navy/white stripe and rusty orange. I make them in mens sizes Small through 2x, and the fit is generous. They look proper with pirate boots and sandals or even bare feet. Add a renaissance men’s shirt and you are dressed, YAARRR..
The pirate breeches are a wide leg pant, about 3/4 length. Made of linen and/or a linen blend for coolness in hot weather. The waist is gathered onto a firm 1″ elastic. Easy to wear, and very comfortable.
For best wear, wash your pirate breeches only when visibly soiled or when odors are present. For the best cleaning, wash cool and hang dry. You can also tumble gently to dry. Touch it up with a steam iron, or maybe not.
This linen is blended with just enough rayon to minimize wrinkles and improve softness. Think of it as ‘Sailor Friendly’. And they get softer the more you wear them.
