The Kids Renaissance Long Chemise is a perfect for wearing under a Kids Irish Dress or as a single layer shift in the hottest weather. Great kids costume is hard to find, so consider this an investment piece because you’ll be able to pass it down to the next child and the next one after that too.
The style is some old school gathered neckline-raglan sleeve styling and an A line cut for running around having a great day at renfaire. This little kids long chemise also features 3/4 sleeves for sun protection. The hem of the garment should hit somewhere between the ankle and knee, though it can be worn shorter too. You can roll the sleeves or wear them down, its a versatile look.
Care: If things get messy (we’re dealing with kids and renaissance faire yes it will happen), its easy to bleach this garment back to clean. The kids renaissance chemise is made of a mid weight softened linen blend that is easy to care for. And do it again if you need to. Go ahead and bleach it, no problem. Linen is very sturdy and can take quite a lot of wear and tear. Its pre-shrunk too and that means no problems once its cleaned. Hang it dry for the easiest part of the whole process.
